By downloading, installing, or using Conjure, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Conjure is a voice-controlled interface for interacting with AI agents on Apple Vision Pro. The app provides two modes of operation: Cloud mode, which connects directly to Anthropic's API, and Mac mode, which connects to a local bridge server on your Mac.
Cloud mode requires your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your use of the Anthropic API. Mac mode requires a Mac running the Conjure Bridge server on the same local network, and uses the Claude CLI (Claude Code) installed on your Mac. You are responsible for any costs associated with your Claude CLI usage, including any subscription or usage-based charges from Anthropic.
You are responsible for all content you submit to AI agents through Conjure. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Anthropic's usage policies. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and for any activity that occurs using it.
Conjure connects to Anthropic's API in Cloud mode. In Mac mode, Conjure interfaces with the Claude CLI (Claude Code) running on your Mac. Your use of the Anthropic API and Claude CLI is governed by Anthropic's Terms of Service. Conjure is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Responses generated by AI agents are provided as-is. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated content. Conjure makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses.
Conjure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Conjure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages from AI-generated content, API costs, or data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
